Job summary

Wessex Garages is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver excellent customer service for service and vehicle repair customers. You will be the friendly face, coordinating with the workshop and handling invoicing while keeping records accurate and up-to-date.

We value clear communication, organisation, and a proactive approach to upselling Aftersales. A Full UK driving licence is required, with pattern expectations that include weekdays and Saturdays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service and repair needs, ensuring professional handling.
• Coordinate with workshop team to move vehicles through repairs.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Explain faults/repairs clearly and offer practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, including service history.
• Upsell aftersales products and services when appropriate.
• Keep the customer database updated and ready for action.
