Job summary

Wessex Garages is seeking a Service Advisor on a fixed-term maternity cover contract to provide excellent service and repair support. The role requires strong customer focus, clear communication, and efficient coordination with the workshop.

A full UK driving licence is essential, with weekend rota and standard Monday to Friday hours. You will manage service bookings, process invoices, and help upsell aftersales products while maintaining accurate records.

• Coordinate with the workshop to move vehicles smoothly through repairs.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing while protecting interests.
• Explain faults/repairs clearly and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, including service histories.
• Upsell aftersales products and services where appropriate.
• Keep the customer database up-to-date and ready for action.
