Qualifications

• In possession of a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with service and repair needs professionally.
• Coordinate repairs with the workshop team to ensure smooth flow.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing.
• Explain faults and repairs clearly and offer practical solutions.
• Keep customer and vehicle records accurate and up to date.
• Upsell aftersales products when appropriate.
• Maintain a ready and up-to-date customer database.
