Job summary

Brighton Mercedes-Benz, part of Lookers Limited, is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site in Brighton. The role involves handling MOTs and service bookings, advising on warranty coverage and upselling parts, and coordinating with the Aftersales team to manage workload.

You will be the face of the dealership, delivering a first-class customer experience with energy and professionalism, while building knowledge in Kerridge/ADP systems and dealer processes.

Qualifications

Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to upsell and explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts / accessories.
Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
Managing a high-volume of customers daily including calls and online bookings.
Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining clear communication during vehicle service.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating booking systems.
