You will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring expectations are clear and satisfaction remains high, with responsibility for service and repair communications and upselling when appropriate.

We offer a £34,110.70 basic salary plus benefits, ongoing training, pension, and employee perks such as rewards platform and discount schemes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop.
• Set customer expectations and keep them updated during service/repair.
• Upsell additional products where appropriate and follow up with customers.
