Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is essential.
• Friendly, approachable and customer focused.
• Experience with invoicing and service administration.
• Familiar with dealership management systems.
• Able to work in a busy service centre and get up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle requirements.
• Booking vehicles in for service, repair and MOT work.
• Liaising with technicians and the workshop.
• Preparing invoices and completing service administration.
• Advising customers on additional work where required.
• Promoting service plans and ensuring a friendly, professional service.
