Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively.
• Professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish.
