Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Service Advisor in Warwick for an established dealership. The role involves booking servicing, MOTs and repairs, preparing job cards, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

You will greet customers professionally, review health checks with technicians, order parts, generate invoices and manage courtesy cars, contributing to smooth workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales role in automotive.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in cars and the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Booking customers in for servicing, MOTs, warranty work and repairs.
• Preparing job cards and managing daily workshop workload.
• Greeting customers professionally and update them during repairs.
• Reviewing vehicle health checks with technicians and advising customers.
• Ordering parts and ensuring availability for scheduled work.
• Preparing invoices and conducting pre-collection checks.
• Managing courtesy cars and vehicle movements.
• Handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborating with technicians, Parts, MOT and Sales to optimize productivity.
