Confidential in Warwick is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join its well-established independent dealership. The role offers a starting salary of £30,000+ depending on experience and a supportive working environment dedicated to customer service.

You will handle servicing bookings, workshop coordination, customer updates, parts ordering, and invoicing while collaborating with Technicians, MOT, Parts, and Sales teams to optimise workshop productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an Aftersales role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Booking customers in for servicing, MOTs, warranty work, and general repairs.
• Preparing job cards and managing the daily workshop workload efficiently.
• Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Providing regular updates to customers throughout repair processes.
• Reviewing vehicle health checks with technicians and discussing advisory work with customers.
• Ordering parts and ensuring availability for scheduled work.
• Preparing invoices and conducting vehicle pre-collection checks.
• Managing courtesy cars and vehicle movements.
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborating closely with technicians, Parts, MOT, and Sales departments to optimise workshop productivity.
