Wearside Audi is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will report to our aftersales manager and be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Experience in a busy automotive aftersales environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts or accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone and online.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain accurate records.
