Listers Group Limited in Worcester is hiring a Service Advisor for our CUPRA Dealership. The role covers coordinating vehicle drop-off, workshop scheduling, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a busy environment.

You will ensure progress updates, authorise additional work, and liaise with Workshop, Parts and Sales to meet timelines. The position requires a customer-focused attitude with strong organisational skills and ability to hit sales targets.

• Experience in customer service with sales focus.

Responsabilités

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance and schedule workload.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide seamless service.
