Job summary

Listers Group Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor for our Toyota/Chery Dealership in Bristol. The role covers Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 with Saturday rota duties and an OTE of £35,000.

You will be the frontline, delivering a seamless service from drop-off to handover and supporting workshop scheduling. Successful candidates will have strong customer service experience, enjoy a fast-paced environment and an aptitude for up-selling services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills; familiarity with dealer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
• Work in a team to manage department workflow, targets and upsell services.
• Book vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and liaise with workshop to schedule workload.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on progress and obtain authorisation for additional work; follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
