Job summary

Vertu Renault Bradford here seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join our team, delivering outstanding customer service and coordinating with the workshop to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have motor industry experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to motivate colleagues.

In return, we offer a £32,000 base salary plus a range of company benefits and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the Service Advisor team on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the front-of-house operation runs smoothly, delivering an exceptional customer journey.
• Assist with managing customer enquiries, bookings, and escalated concerns.
• Work closely with the workshop team to maintain effective communication and workflow.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, retention and profitability.
• Lead by example with strong communication, organisation and customer care.
