Job summary

Foray Motor Group Ford Andover is offering an IMI‑Approved Apprenticeship at Level 2 in a customer‑facing Service Advisor role. This paid apprenticeship combines employment with nationally recognised training and hands‑on experience in a dealership setting.

You will work with experienced service advisors, learn appointment scheduling, customer communication, and how to interpret service schedules and estimates.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A-C/9-4) or equivalent; predicted grades accepted.
• Strong interest in vehicle service and customer support.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service appointments and enquiries.
• Greet customers to deliver a positive service experience.
• Coordinate between customers and technicians on vehicle issues.
• Interpret maintenance schedules and estimates for recommendations.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure timely availability of components.
• Update customers on progress and additional work identified.
• Handle complaints professionally with resolutions in mind.
• Input service orders, generate invoices, and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organised reception area.
• Attend training sessions to build knowledge and skills.
