Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is seeking a highly organised vehicle sales administrator for a well-established Cardiff dealership. The role focuses on managing all sales administration tasks, ensuring accurate vehicle files and timely processing of orders, registrations and invoicing.

The successful candidate will support the sales team, coordinate deliveries, maintain compliance, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing journey. A full UK driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle sales administration or a similar administrative role
• Knowledge of dealership management systems
• UK driving licence beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Carry out all sales administration duties in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate vehicle files, documentation and records.
• Support the sales team with efficient administrative support to meet departmental objectives.
• Process vehicle orders, registrations and invoicing accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and coordinate the progress of retail and fleet vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure vehicle documentation and compliance checks are completed correctly and promptly.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth handovers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
