• Previous motor industry sales experience is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales objectives.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Specialists to achieve monthly objectives.
• Monitor sales information and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Ensure sales processes are adhered to by all Sales Specialists.
• Engage with customers during the sales process and resolve complaints professionally.
• Form action plans to increase sales for finance, accessories and insurance.
• Maintain all financial procedures by daily checks on funding information.
• Create and maintain a motivating environment for Sales Specialists.
• Stay informed about motor industry news, new models and competitor activities.
