Job summary

Marshall Volvo Milton Keynes is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support the sales and finance teams and keep our store running smoothly. You will manage stock records, new registrations, taxation, and liaise with the workshop to ensure pre-sale work is completed on time.

The role also involves preparing handover files, processing sales invoices, and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant to support a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or similar role.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and dealership software.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical working style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Finance teams with day-to-day admin for new and used vehicles.
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records; organise registrations and taxation.
• Prepare handover files, process invoices, and ensure compliant documentation for a seamless customer journey.
