Job summary

Marshall Volvo Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team. You'll receive, log and manage parts deliveries, keep inventory accurate, and support workshop operations to keep jobs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a franchised dealership.
• Able to follow established processes and work independently or as part of a team.
• Organised and motivated with a focus on Health & Safety.
• Comfortable using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Customer-focused with a positive service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• Store and organise parts with up-to-date inventory in internal systems.
• Respond to workshop and customer enquiries in person, by phone, and email.
• Pick and distribute parts for technicians, coordinating with service and sales teams.
