Job summary

Hendy Group in Southampton is seeking an organised administrator to join our dealership team, supporting all elements of administration surrounding our new and used vehicles.

Working closely with colleagues from the Finance and Sales departments, you will ensure compliance with financial and legal matters, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role provides training, induction at the Portsmouth academy, and opportunities for career development within a long-standing family-run business.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience in administration is preferred.
• DBS checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders generated within the local team to satisfy customer delivery requirements.
• Work with the management team to process all sales orders to ensure timely delivery to the end user.
• Allocate registration numbers and ensure all vehicles are taxed, supporting local government legislation.
• Prepare, monitor, raise and analyse sales invoices, stock records, orders and deliveries.
• Collate order, finance and warranty paperwork guaranteeing all documents are accurate.
