Job summary

Gloucester or Cheltenham-based car dealership seeks a skilled Vehicle Accounts/Sales Administrator to join the busy sales and accounts teams. You will provide comprehensive admin support, process vehicle orders, taxation and documentation, and help maintain accurate order tracking records.

The ideal candidate has proven motor trade administration experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop preferred).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Accounts/Sales Administrator or similar role within the motor trade.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and DMS systems.
• Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop preferred.
• Understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and accounts teams.
• Process vehicle orders, taxation, and relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Accounts Manager to maintain accurate order tracking records.
• Manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update databases.
