GSF Car Parts is seeking a Retail Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and support branch targets. The role covers face-to-face sales, click & collect orders, and building sound customer relationships.

You will handle customer queries, assist with promotions, and ensure tidy customer areas while representing the company professionally. 45 hours per week on weekdays, with alternate Saturdays. A great entry into automotive retail.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or sales/retail experience in a customer facing role.
• Target driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Confident in using IT and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve trade and retail customers for click and collect and general orders while maximizing sales.
• Pick relevant parts from the warehouse to fulfil customer orders.
• Assist sales team with product promotions and answer queries.
• Satisfy customer needs regarding part orders, returns or queries.
• Check returns for resale, warranty or surcharge.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain branch image.
