The Eastbourne area automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their hugely successful team. You will manage part sales to public and trade and support the Service Department with parts supply.

The role requires strong customer service skills, a good technical knowledge of vehicles, and a professional, organised approach to stock, records and counter duties. Previous Parts Advisor experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales of parts to the public and trade by telephone, fax and in person at the Retail/Trade Counter.
• Supply parts to the Service Department as required.
• Raise and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect parts in front of the customer as laid down in Procedures.
• Place incoming stock in correct locations and pick customer orders with documentation.
• Operate computers and maintain Health, Safety and Fire Regulations.
