Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone, providing friendly and professional service.
• Identifying and sourcing the correct parts to meet customers and workshop requirements.
• Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Checking prices, availability and delivery times.
• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts are delivered within timescales.
• Receiving, checking and organizing incoming stock.
• Maintaining accurate stock records.
• Preparing parts for customer collection.
• Supporting wider team with the day to day running of the business.
• Working efficiently in a busy environment.
