Parts Advisor – Automotive Dealership in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced advisor to join the dealership team. You will identify and supply vehicle parts, support service colleagues and customers, and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.

The role offers Monday to Friday hours with alternate Saturdays. Up to £33,002 per year depending on experience, and you will work in a busy, customer-focused environment requiring excellent communication and organisation.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role.
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive components.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and supply the correct vehicle parts to customers, workshop technicians and service colleagues.
• Establish customer requirements through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Provide accurate parts information, recommendations and details of relevant promotions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Receive, check, record and allocate incoming parts and consumables.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stock checks.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrectly supplied stock.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturer representatives to support efficient parts operations.
• Follow established parts department procedures and processes.
• Maintain organised parts displays and ensure department standards are upheld.
• Work closely with colleagues to meet customer requirements and operational deadlines.
