Job summary

Talk Staff Group is seeking a Customer Service & Saes Advisor to join their team and help customers solve their car troubles. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, spot upsell opportunities, and handle live chat enquiries with confidence.

Essentials include 1–2 years in a customer services/sales role in the motor industry, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a keen eye for detail and a strong telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound & outbound calls.
• Spotting opportunities to upsell products & services for maximising sales.
• Handling live chat enquiries online with confidence.
• Providing accurate information to customers, whether over the phone or in person.
• Updating customer records and our internal database as needed.
• Creating invoices, proformas, and credit notes.
• Generating courier labels for outbound & inbound deliveries.
• Liaising effectively with our internal technical team.
• Acting as the vital link between customers and technical staff.
