Mon Motors Limited is seeking a Service Advisor who will be the key contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s on-site service. You’ll ensure an outstanding service experience from start to finish, guiding customers through the process with clarity and care.

You will be highly customer focused, able to build rapport face-to-face and over the phone, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships with customers both face to face and via telephone.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, with prior relevant experience preferred.
