Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor for the Chelmsford Contact Centre. You will handle customer calls and emails, identify needs, and guide customers to the right Audi products and services. The role offers training and progression within a growing automotive group.

You will contribute to exceptional customer experiences, use multiple systems, and work in a team that values service excellence, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to existing customers (No Cold-Calling).
• Respond to customer email enquiries.
• Identify customer needs and guide to the most suitable service or product.
• Provide high level customer service to retain business.
• Be organized and self-motivated to meet targets and deadlines.
• Upsell additional Audi products.
