The position offers a permanent contract, starting 12 October 2026, with a salary of £27,976 per annum. You will join a team focused on accurate, high-quality customer interactions and regulatory-compliant support.

Qualifications

• Organise and coordinate tasks in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Outlook, databases, portals).
• Willingness to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with accurate transactions first time.
• Use product and service knowledge to guide customers.
• Respond to queries about financial settlements and contracts within regulatory framework.
• Support customers through changes to financial agreements with timely resolutions.
• Handle sensitive situations with empathy and ownership.
