Group 1 Automotive is recruiting a Service Advisor in Tipner, England. You will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are in maintenance and repair, providing timely updates and handling enquiries with accuracy.

You will promote services, schedule bookings, maintain records, and work within a successful, growth-oriented automotive group. A UK driving licence and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers informed and updated on progress of repairs.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
• Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations.
• Schedule vehicles for workshop appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and answer questions.
• Maintain precise customer records in our systems for service management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build trust with customers.
