Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor for Audi Watford to be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are serviced. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, build trust, and promote additional services based on technician recommendations.

You will develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training and manage appointments, ensuring transparent communication and accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a target-driven role.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Keep customers informed and updated on the progress of repairs, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
• Actively promote additional services and repairs based on Technician recommendations.
• Schedule vehicles for appointments in the workshop efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address questions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our systems.
