Porsche Centre Glasgow, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a fixed term maternity cover. You will be the face of the aftersales experience, guiding customers from booking to handover and coordinating with our workshop to keep promises.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, administration and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence discussing technical information and advising customers on the right products and services.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing One Team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage every stage of the service process from booking and vehicle reception to liaising with technicians.
• Keep customers updated and ensure vehicles are completed and ready when promised.
• Provide advice on servicing, maintenance, products and services to enhance the customer experience.
