Job summary

Porsche Centre Aberdeen, part of Van Mossel Automotive Group UK Ltd, is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the key link between customers and the workshop team. You will guide customers through every stage of their service and repair journey, ensuring exceptional ownership experiences for the Porsche brand.

Responsibilities include managing the service process, presenting recommendations, and building strong customer relationships with attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify aftersales opportunities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Premium/luxury automotive experience desirable.

• Working closely with Workshop Controllers and Technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle completion.
• Preparing accurate estimates, invoices and service documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Promoting Porsche Service Plans, accessories and aftersales products where appropriate.
• Consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting departmental performance targets.

We have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Aberdeen.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop team, delivering an exceptional ownership experience that reflects the prestige and values of the Porsche brand. You will guide customers through every stage of their service and repair journey, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, communication and professionalism.

Hours of work will be:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm (with time off in lieu).

A competitive salary of £33,000 plus a bonus up to £5,000 OTE, with potential earnings of £7,500.
