Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor for Porsche Centre Glasgow. You will support customers and colleagues with parts identification and sourcing, while maintaining stock levels and handling ordering for a wide range of parts and accessories.

The role follows a Mon-Fri shift with a Saturday morning rota, emphasising excellent customer service and strong communication with customers and suppliers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the motor industry.
• IT literate and able to use dealership IT systems.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the parts stock room and stock levels.
• Order, source and sell a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
• Assist customers with parts identification and sourcing.
• Interact with customers and suppliers, providing high levels of service.

About The Role

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Glasgow.

As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.

You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.

Sytner Parts Advisors work a Mon-Fri and a Saturday morning rota to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate.

High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
