Job summary

Porsche Centre Glasgow is seeking an experienced Service Advisor on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will be the face of the aftersales experience, guiding customers from booking through to vehicle completion and handover, while working closely with technicians.

We value outstanding communication, organisation and a proactive, commercially minded approach to advising on servicing and products. Kerridge experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably automotive.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service process from booking to vehicle handover.
• Liaise with technicians and keep customers updated.
• Advise customers on servicing, maintenance, products and services.
