Steven Eagell Limited is hiring a Parts Advisor to deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding needs and recommending the right parts and accessories. You will provide pricing and availability information in person and over the phone, promoting genuine parts and current promotions.

Work with stock and administration, support the Service team to align parts with workshop schedules, and manage warranties and supplier returns.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individual able to understand needs
• Commercially aware with ability to upsell
• Organised and detail-oriented with stock and admin duties
• Strong team player with cross-department communication
• Proactive, self-motivated in fast-paced environment
• Ideally experience in automotive parts or retail

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience by understanding needs and recommending parts
• Provide pricing, availability and product information in person and by phone
• Promote and maximise sales of genuine parts and current promotions
• Manage parts stock levels, ordering, goods receipt, storage and returns
• Support Service team to align parts with workshop schedules
• Process warranty claims and supplier returns per manufacturer requirements
• Maintain administration, invoicing and customer records
• Develop local trade and coordinate parts deliveries
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for a seamless customer journey
