West London Audi, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join the team. You will help customers identify, search for, and source vehicle parts while ensuring the stock room is well maintained and stocked appropriately.

The role involves handling orders, assisting with queries over the phone or in person, and delivering excellent customer service as part of a dedicated team across our West London dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the motor industry.
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required.
• Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential.

• Maintain and organise the parts stock room, ensuring stock levels are managed effectively.
