Steven Eagell Limited is recruiting a Parts Advisor to deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding needs and recommending the right parts and accessories. You will help manage pricing, stock, and administration while supporting the service team and driving parts sales.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individual with strong listening skills to identify needs.
• Commercial awareness to promote products and spot sales opportunities.
• Organised and detail-oriented to manage stock, orders and admin accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience by understanding needs and recommending parts/accessories.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability and product information in person or over the phone.
• Promote and maximise sales of genuine parts, accessories and promotions.
• Manage parts stock levels including ordering, goods receipt, storage and returns.
• Support the Service team by ensuring parts availability aligns with workshop schedules.
• Process warranty claims and supplier returns per manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain accurate administration, invoicing and customer records.
• Develop local trade business and coordinate parts deliveries.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for a seamless customer journey.
