Steven Eagell Group is hiring a Parts Advisor in Bromsgrove. You will deliver an excellent customer experience, recommend parts and accessories, and manage stock and admin tasks to support the service team.

This permanent full-time role offers salary £27,000–£31,000 DOE, pension, and employee benefits. You will join a well-established family-run automotive retailer with chances for career progression.

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent customer experience by understanding needs and recommending parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability and product information to customers in person and over the phone.
• Promote and maximise sales of genuine parts, accessories and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending the right parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability and product information in person and over the phone.
• Promote and maximise sales of genuine parts, accessories and current promotions.
• Manage parts stock levels, including ordering, goods receipt, storage and returns.
• Support the Service team by ensuring parts availability aligns with workshop schedules.
• Process warranty claims and supplier returns in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain accurate administration, invoicing and customer records.
