Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Head of Auditory Implant Service for a 1-year maternity leave cover. The role involves clinical and management responsibilities, ensuring adherence to policies and protocols, leading a multidisciplinary team, and developing services for the Auditory Implant Service. Candidates should have significant audiology experience and relevant registration, with a salary range of £64,156 to £71,148 per annum pro-rata including inner London HCAS.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of audiology practice at Band 7 (or above), specializing in Cochlear Implants and/or BCHI.
• Competency in all adult and pediatric diagnostic assessments and rehabilitation practice.
• Experience working in both BCHI and CI.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and strategic management of the Auditory Implant Service.
• Provide clinical leadership for audiologists and rehabilitation team.
• Oversee ongoing service development and management of the multidisciplinary team.
