Job summary

William Stobart & Son seeks an L&D Compliance Administrator to act as the central data and compliance gatekeeper for the group L&D department, auditing driver compliance, managing the digital system, and maintaining training matrices to ensure the business remains audit-ready.

You will coordinate master diaries, schedule courses, liaise with regional desks, handle course logistics and post-course metrics, and maintain external portals such as SQA and JAUPT to support timely regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal English communication to liaise with regulatory bodies.
