Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors ensuring high quality service delivery
  • Review audit files, working papers and final accounts prepared by the team
  • Support, mentor and develop junior and part qualified auditors
  • Attend client meetings, provide updates and offer commercially focused advice
  • Work closely with partners to identify opportunities to enhance or expand services
  • Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal quality procedures
Requirements
  • UK practice experience is essential
  • Qualified ACA or ACCA
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting
  • Confident leading audits and managing client relationships
  • Ability to supervise teams and provide clear guidance and review points
  • Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple assignments
