Job description

St James Academy are seeking an Attendance Officer to lead within the Academy to improve student attendance. In this vital role, you will monitor daily attendance, follow up on absences, and work closely with students, families, and staff to promote excellent attendance and punctuality.

Strong communication skills, discretion, and a good understanding of school policies and procedures are essential. Experience with data systems and administrative tasks is a plus.
