A successful educational institution in Nottingham is seeking an Attendance Co‑ordinator, responsible for securing the regular attendance of all students. The role involves supporting students and families while collaborating with external agencies. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated and high-performing school community, focused on the personal growth and academic success of its students.
As an Attendance Co‑ordinator, you will secure the beneficial and regular attendance of all students of the Academy by supporting students and families, liaising and working closely with other agencies.

With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area – achieving the best ever results in the school’s history this summer. Results for 2025 saw 85% of students achieve a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, compared with a 65% national average. In total 69% of students secured a strong pass of a Grade 5 or above in those two core subjects – far exceeding the national average of 46% and meaning we are placed well above similar schools nationally.
A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with more than % of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
