NoteMachine (A Brink's Company) in Crawley is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network, ensuring maximum uptime and outstanding service for customers.

Working in the field, you will apply technical expertise with a strong focus on customer service, travelling within your region and covering weekends as needed. The role offers a competitive salary and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous Field Service Engineering experience involving electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Willingness to travel within your designated region.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
• Resident within the RH postcode area.
• Able to pass financial and background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machines.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
• Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit.
• Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance.
• Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity.
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols.
