NoteMachine (A Brink's Company) is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Newcastle area to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network. You will diagnose faults, perform second‑line break‑fixes, and deliver excellent customer service in the field.

We offer £36,419 starting salary with up to £1,000 onboarding bonus and a performance bonus, plus a company van, fuel card, tools and uniform. A full UK driving licence, willingness to travel within your region, and weekend/Bank Holiday

Qualifications

• Experience with electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault finding and problem solving skills.
• Customer‑facing service mindset.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Willingness to travel within your region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second‑line break‑fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit.
• Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance.
• Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity.
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols.
