Job summary

NCR Atleos’ Field Service Engineer role sits in Central Yorkshire, performing on-site diagnosis, repair and replacement of ATM modules across an assigned territory. You’ll install, maintain and fix equipment, taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring SLA alignment.

Role involves travel, lifting, and prolonged periods of activity; full training is provided and a company vehicle with a fuel card is available for personal use.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong local geographical knowledge.
• Experience in break/fix, IT, computer repair.
• Basic hardware and software knowledge.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware/software maintenance.
• High mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• PIA licences desirable; if not, provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace ATM modules on-site.
• Install, maintain and repair equipment within territory.
• Take ownership of customer issues, ensure SLA compliance.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies.
• Role may involve travel, lifting, and prolonged standing.
• Full training and equipment provided; company vehicle with fuel card.
