Job summary

NoteMachine, part of the Brink's group, is hiring a Field Service Engineer in Milton Keynes to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network. You will work in the field, delivering reliable uptime and excellent customer service while adhering to safety and procedural standards.

The role requires hands-on electro-mechanical experience, strong fault-finding skills, and a UK driving licence. Expect a balanced schedule with weekend shifts on a rotating basis and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• Previous Field Service Engineering experience involving electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to delivering excellent service.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 active penalty points.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel within your designated region.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
• Resident within the MK postcode area.
• Able to pass financial and background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machines.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
• Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit.
• Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance.
• Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity.
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols.
