NoteMachine in Blackburn is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network, ensuring maximum uptime and first-class service for customers.

You will work independently in the field, applying fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach, with opportunities for development within the Brink's Group.

Qualifications

• Field Service engineering experience with electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Willingness to travel within designated region and work weekends.
• Able to pass financial and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance on ATMs.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
• Deliver high levels of customer service during site visits.
• Minimise downtime and maintain service performance with customers.
• Record repairs, parts usage, and service activity accurately.
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical development and training.
• Comply with health, safety, security and company procedures.
