Job summary

NoteMachine, part of Brink's Group, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network in the Leicester region. You will work in the field, applying your electro-mechanical expertise with a strong focus on customer service and uptime.

Key responsibilities include second-line repairs, fault diagnosis, and documenting service activity while adhering to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Field Service Engineering experience involving electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to delivering excellent service.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 active penalty points.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel within your designated region.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
• Resident within the LE postcode area.
• Able to pass financial and background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machines
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely
• Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit
• Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance
• Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols
