Job summary

NoteMachine in Leeds is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network, ensuring maximum uptime and top-tier service for customers. You will operate in the field, combining technical skill with excellent customer service to deliver a first-class experience.

The role requires hands-on engineering with electro-mechanical equipment, a proactive attitude, and willingness to travel within your region.

Qualifications

• Previous Field Service Engineering experience involving electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 active penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machines
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely
• Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit
• Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance
• Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity
• Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols
